I. VAT LIEU

Vo banh
- 2cup nc
- 1/2 lb. b ( 2 thoi)
- 1 tsp. muoi
- 2 cup bot ( all purpose)
- 8 trng loai ln (extra large)

Nhan
- 1 hop instant pudding (loai 8 oz.)
-1 hop Pastries Pride (loai 1 Qt)

II. CACH LAM

Dung may anh trng, da theo cong thc ngoai hop, lam nhan san va cho vao tu lanh trc.
Cho nc, b (cat lat), muoi vao mot cai noi ln un soi, o ap tat ca lng bot vao noi, tat bep, dung muong go khuay luon tay tai bep trong vong 3 phut. em bo vao chau anh trng, cho tng trng vao anh chung. Sau khi cho trng cuoi cung vao, anh them 10 phut na cho that eu.
Dung muong an sup muc tng muong cho len khay, cach khoang 1 inch, a lot san giay Wax e khong b chay hoac dnh. Cho vao lo 400 o trong vong 15 phut cho en khi banh vang la c.
Khi thay vo banh nguoi han cat i 1/3 chie cao roi cho pudding, whippped cream vao roi lai dung phan cat ra lam nap ay.
